Recognizing the increasing demand for carton boxes in manufacturing and export industries, particularly in Khánh Hòa and the Central and Southern regions of Vietnam, Hiep Hung Company has made significant investments in technological development and automation of production lines. Our manufacturing system utilizes advanced technology from Japan and Taiwan, achieving a production capacity of up to 60,000 tons per year.

The Lab Room is equipped with specialized testing devices, including:

The primary objective is to conduct on-site quality inspections at the factory, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards before reaching customers. This guarantees perfection and reliability in every product.

Corrugating Machine

The modern corrugating machine from Taiwan is capable of producing 3-5-7 layer corrugated boards with customized sheet sizes tailored to customer needs and product specifications. With seamless integration with Paper Splicer, Slitter Scorer, Single Facer, Waste Paper Cutter, and Edge Trim Cutter, the system achieves high automation and excellent adaptability.

The fully integrated paper processing system ensures that paper material and sheet dimensions are precisely controlled before entering the next production stage. The automation system perfectly synchronizes the industrial computer system with the operating network, creating a sophisticated, streamlined system with centralized control for optimal performance.

The digital control interface provides real-time status updates, usage analysis, and error minimization, reducing human intervention, preventing handling mistakes, and minimizing operational errors. Additionally, real-time monitoring allows for predictive maintenance and automated adjustments, ensuring seamless operation.

Furthermore, the intelligent control system tracks multiple key metrics, including:
Speed of each machine, Paper usage quantity, Production-ready sheet count, Production dimensions, Waste sheet dimensions, Operating temperature, Production time, and more.

This system aims to analyze and optimize production efficiency, ensuring synchronized performance across all machines. By proactively detecting potential issues, it helps prevent errors and disruptions, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality production.

Slitting Machine

Connected to the system are two high-speed disc slitting machines, designed for maximum precision and positioned at the entry point of the corrugating line. These machines trim and slit carton boards with sharp, clean edges, ensuring that the cut remains crisp and aesthetically pleasing as the corrugated board moves forward.
The slitting system operates with an automatic belt-driven mechanism, featuring self-sharpening blades and electric blade adjustment. Additionally, the machine allows for independent control of the blade units and roller pressure according to the corrugation height, ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and continuously.

Flexo Printing & Process Machine with Automatic Feeder

The paper feeding system operates with a high-speed vacuum gear system, ensuring precise and stable paper feeding with excellent durability and wear resistance. It efficiently handles various types of carton paper, including thin, flexible, and low-quality sheets.

Additionally, the high-pressure central air blower allows adjustable airflow control, optimizing the paper feeding process. The side and rear guide rollers are synchronized with the automatic stacker system, ensuring that paper sheets move smoothly and precisely into the printing unit.

The machine is equipped with a digital display panel that shows real-time sheet count and an integrated speed control unit, allowing operators to monitor and adjust feeding speeds without manual intervention. The electric phase adjustment system is integrated within the machine, with automatic safety sensors that continuously provide real-time operational alerts to ensure worker safety.
The ink circulation system is fully enclosed, minimizing ink evaporation while simplifying cleaning and maintenance. It also features an ink filtration system, ensuring consistent print quality with vibrant and uniform colors.

Offset Printing & Automatic Feeder System

For products that require high-quality and detailed printing, offset printing is the optimal solution. This technology delivers superior image quality with sharp, clean prints, making it more refined than other printing techniques. It is also widely used for printing on various surfaces, including wood, metal, glass, and rough-textured paper.

High-quality offset printing ensures precise color reproduction by analyzing and adjusting color tones based on provided color samples. The automated control system allows mass production printing, continuously monitoring and detecting any anomalies in the process. This ensures high efficiency while maintaining operator safety.

The automatic sheet feeding system includes a pre-warning function, alerting when paper supplies are low to ensure uninterrupted production. Additionally, the stacking and feeding unit is compact and precisely designed, optimizing production space and smoothly transferring sheets to the automatic feeder.

The automatic feeder system receives pre-cut offset sheets and applies glue directly onto the paper surface with high accuracy, ensuring fast, precise, and efficient processing while maintaining strong adhesion.

Automatic Flatbed Die-Cutting Machine

Hiep Hung’s three flatbed die-cutting machines represent the latest generation in the packaging industry, featuring precision cutting, waste removal, creasing, numbering, stacking, and paper feeding functions. This is a key process in high-end packaging production, ensuring precise dimensions and complex structural accuracy.

Key Features:

Sheet Positioning System: The paper is held by a vacuum suction system with adjustable angles, ensuring stable alignment.

The alignment control system, using side nip rollers and pneumatic stoppers, ensures precise paper positioning.

Die-Cutting Precision & Control: The pressure unit ensures even cutting force, reducing paper distortion or curling.

The adjustable feeding shaft optimizes the paper transfer gap.

Efficient Waste Removal System: The dual-section waste stripping unit ensures clean and effective waste removal.

The waste outlet features a suction chamber for a dust-free working environment.

Advanced Centralized Control & Monitoring: The centralized display allows real-time machine monitoring and troubleshooting.

Operators can adjust the cutting registration with minimal manual intervention, ensuring efficiency and safety.

With these high-precision systems, all finished products maintain sharp, clean-cut edges and exceptional quality. After die-cutting, products are sent to the creasing, folding, or gluing section according to customer requirements.

Automatic Carton Folder Gluer & Bundling Machine

The paper feeding system automatically sucks and feeds sheets into the gluing machine along a sliding conveyor. With its automated lifting and loading mechanism, sheets are precisely positioned for accurate folding and gluing at both edges.

After gluing, the cartons pass through a pressing unit, ensuring strong adhesion on both folded edges. The automatic carton folder gluer also features an inline counting and stacking function.

Once a preset batch is reached (typically 10-15 cartons per bundle), the machine automatically transfers the stacked cartons to the bundling section for final processing. The gluing speed is adjustable and can reach 60-100 cartons per minute.

Stapling Machine (Carton Stitcher)

Certain products require high bonding strength, such as wooden box packaging and electronic components packaging. In these cases, a stapling machine is essential to enhance fastening durability while maintaining a clean, aesthetic finish.
With 8 stapling machines operating simultaneously, the system can achieve a stitching speed of up to 100 cartons per minute.
